A few years ago we lost one of our members,
Angela Bauer, in a tragic automobile accident.
Angela succumbed after being struck head-on by a
drunk driver. Angie was a tough competitor and held
many offices in our association in addition to being
a show secretary at many of the cuttings. Her
husband, Chad, requested that memorials be used to
establish a youth scholarship fund.
Chad Bauer has established a youth scholarship in
Angie's name.

Scholarships awarded as follows:
Junior
1st - $200.00
2nd - $150.00
3rd - $100.00
Senior
1st - $200.00
2nd - $150.00
3rd - $100.00
Both youth rider and horse owner must be paid MCHA
members before entering show pen to win
scholarships. Scholarship certificate awarded at
year-end awards banquet. Scholarships to be used for
post secondary education or books. Must be used
before 25 years of age.
